The Bowen Technique is a holistic treatment that can be applied to conditions such as:
back pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, neck pain, sports injury, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, knee ankle problems, asthma, stress, chronic fatigue, RSI, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, fibromyalgia, and insomnia among others.
The Bowen Technique is extremely gentle and can be applied to new-born babies, the frail and elderly. It involves gentle but purposeful moves over the muscles, tendons and connective tissue to assist recovery and pain relief.
